I (Arny) have published several blogs over the years. Those were mostly about daily life and activities in the places where I lived. I’ve not blogged for the last few years.

Life’s been good to me and Grace. We’re retired now and we have a gaggle of grandchildren, some of whom we seldom are able to visit.

Gracie asked me if we could begin a blog to tell our grandkids, our wider family circle, and our friends about ourselves, our life here in Arizona, and some of the many things we’ve learned about life.

There will be precious little advice here. We learned many of our lessons the hard way. This is a story-telling blog. Maybe some of our stories might pass on our learning so that others might avoid a few of the tougher lessons we all have to learn.
